Create Something Magical Conference and Book Signing 3/16/13 Iselin, NJ

Hi everyone, this is a brief post to let you know that I’ll be signing books at the Create Something Magical Conference in Iselin, New Jersey next Saturday, March 16, 2013, from 4:30 to 6:00 at the Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel (address below). The book signing is open to the public so you do not have to register for the conference to attend the book signing. There will be lots of other wonderful authors signing there too (including Hank Phillippi Ryan, Caridad Pineiro, Maria V. Snyder, E.F. Watkins, and Lois Winston – just to name a few! For the full list of authors who are signing at this event, click here.)

Local writers: the conference is still accepting registrations. Looks like a nice line up of workshops, editor/agent appointments, and networking events.

Noon Onyx Gift BasketI’m also donating a basket to the conference. What’s in the basket?

  • Autographed copy of Dark Light of Day
  • Autographed ARC for Fiery Edge of Steel
  • A bottle of Northern Spice (kidding! I wish I could give away ensorcelled Empyr wine but Wegman’s doesn’t sell it. It’s sparkling apple cider.)
  • Fiery red pillar candle
  • A box of matches (it’s a DLOD thing)
  • Atomic Fireballs! 😀

Interested in getting an early peek at Fiery Edge of Steel but can’t make it to the Create Something Magical Conference? I’m currently putting together plans to give away a handful of ARCs starting next month so stay tuned…

  1. Too bad I didn’t know about this earlier, Icertainly would have gone. Not many conferences are that close to me and also offer the added benefit of not having to drive over a bridge into a city and fight for then pay through the nose for parking. I facepalmed myself…

    1. Hi Shamus, I mentioned it to you but probably should have sent you the registration link, etc. In any case you should check out the writers group that put the conference together, Liberty States Fiction Writers: http://www.libertystatesfictionwriters.com/
The group could be a great resource for you. Writers of all genres are welcome to join. I chatted with a group of writers Sat night. All of us wrote in different genres. Fantasy, horror, science fiction, and romance.
